Stretch & Restore

This class will help to slow down our bodies and minds with deep stretching and passive poses. This class offers of blend between long held yin stretches, and more supportive restorative poses to ease the mind and body. Your teacher will sometimes explore guided meditations and breathing techniques to help offer a mindful and relaxing class. A good way to wind down after a long day. 

*Low to Medium Intensity

Vinyasa Flows

These classes consciously link the movement of body and breath. Vinyasa flows introduce creative sequencing of poses that are different each time we arrive on our mats. You will be sure to find that these flows will help to improve your strength, flexibility and concentration. Modifications for postures will be given throughout the class making it great for all levels. You will leave feeling confident and energized.

There are a variety of Vinyasa Flow styles. Restore & Revive offers:

SLOW FLOW

In this slowed down class, we bring focus to alignment. You will get all the benefits of a traditional flow class, but at a pace to deepen your knowledge and foundation of the postures. 

​

Detailed cuing, creative sequencing and the use of props will help you discover new possibilities of movement. 

​

Students are encouraged to visit poses for several breaths, allowing adequate time to make adjustments that help deepen their practice or align the physical body.

SUNRISE FLOW

This is an energizing class that will kick start your morning and inspire you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease.

 

This is an energetic practice that blends strength and flexibility to help tone the body and discipline the mind.

 

Enjoy a lively playlist with a well-rounded practice that will leave you feeling ready to take on whatever the day brings.  

*Low to Medium Intensity

ALL LEVELS YOGA

In this class, we will practice a variety of poses, for all levels of yoga. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Clear instructions with variations and modifications will be provided as we work to build strength, balance, concentration and flexibility. 

*Low to Medium Intensity

FLOW & UNWIND

The first half of the class we will focus on vinyasa flows. Flows will vary from slower flows to more energetic flows. We explore how breathwork and movement connect with one another as we "flow" through sequences.

 

The last half of the practice will be a more gentle and relaxing restorative style class. We will focus on connecting and restoring the body, mind and soul to finish off the practice. 

*Low to Medium Intensity

FLEX, FLOW & STRENGTHEN

A physical practice allowing you to stretch and flex your body, while engaging in vinyasa flows and Pilates core work to strengthen key body areas through various holds. Sometimes cardio is incorporated into this class, as well as weights. (Weights are optional)
