YOGA CLASSES

Slow Flow

This slower-paced class focuses on alignment and proper form. You’ll experience the benefits of a traditional flow while moving at a pace that helps build a stronger foundation in each posture. Clear cues, thoughtful sequencing, and the use of props support safe, effective movement. Poses are held for several breaths, giving you time to refine alignment and deepen your practice.

Flow & Unwind

The first half of class focuses on vinyasa flow, ranging from slow, controlled movement to more energetic sequences. We’ll explore the connection between breath and movement as we flow through each posture. The second half shifts into a gentle, restorative practice designed to relax the body and calm the mind — leaving you feeling reset and restored.

Flex, Flow & Strengthen

A high-energy class focused on building strength and endurance through powerful vinyasa sequences, cardio intervals, and weighted exercises. Expect dynamic movement, controlled holds, and full-body conditioning designed to challenge you and elevate your fitness

Stretch & Restore

This restorative class focuses on deep stretching and passive poses designed to calm both the body and mind. This class combines long-held yin stretches with supportive restorative poses, alongside guided meditations and breathing techniques, creating a mindful and relaxing experience perfect for unwinding after a long day.

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES

Lift & Sculpt

Build strength, tone lean muscle, and boost confidence in this energizing small-group training session. List & Sculpt combines focused weight training, functional movements, and targeted sculpting work for a balanced, full-body workout. With personalized coaching and a supportive team atmosphere, you'll push your limits safely, master proper form, and leave feeling stronger every week. 

Low Impact, High Strength

Build strength without strain. This low-impact class is designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in your body - without any jumping or high-intensity cardio. Expect a slower, mor focused pace that emphasizes proper form, core engagement, and muscular endurance. No impact. No rush. Just solid, effective strength training.

Bootcamp Classes

Our outdoor bootcamp classes are a perfect mix of strength, cardio, and full-body conditioning. Each class is designed to challenge you with creative circuits, partner drills, and just enough friendly competition to keep things fun and motivating. No two workouts are ever the same, so you'll never get bored - just stronger, faster and more confident with every session. Whether you're getting back into fitness or looking to level up, options are always provided as you can work at your own pace.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a dynamic, full-body workout that blends the movement of yoga with strength training and bursts of cardio. We use a variety of equipment - like dumbbells, bands and more - to help build strength, elevate your heart rate, and improve endurance. This class is all about balance - power and mobility, effort and recovery, intensity and control. Options are always offered, making it accessible whether you're newer to fitness or looking to push your limits. You'll leave feeling stronger and energized.
